logTEC A2: The specialist
The LogTEC A2 was specifically developed to measure acceleration & shock with its two integrated acceleration sensors (±15g & ±200g).
Up to 6400 measurements per second allow a thorough analysis of impact events. This is why the A2 has twice as much storage capacity compared to its siblings and why acceleration data is saved only when user-defined g-force limit is exceeded. Moreover, the provided software lets you quickly generate a simple report or analyse the recorded data in detail with advanced features like a Fourier transformation.
In addition to the acceleration sensors, the LogTEC A2 features integrated temperature, humidity, air pressure and light intensity sensors.
logTEC M1: The multitasker
agathon´s logTEC with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology offers you the solution to easily monitor and visualize your whole chocolate production process. It quantifies and records acceleration, temperature, humidity, air pressure and light intensity within your production line as a basis for a
thorough optimisation. At an extra cost, the M1 can be equipped with a strain gauge to monitor the mechanical impacts that the mould experiences on its way through the production line.
The gathered information can be accessed wirelessly via Bluetooth connection to a compatible smartphone (iOS or android device). With the web based “SmartCloud“ you can share your recorded data for an analysis independent of location.
logTEC WM1: The champion
The LogTEC WM1 with Wi-Fi technology offers you the solution to monitor and visualize your entire
chocolate production process in real time.
It is based on the technology of the LogTEC M1, collecting and quantifying acceleration, temperature,
humidity, air pressure and light intenisty within your production lines. Additionally, it is possible to
equip a strain gauge, which measures the deformation of the mould during the chocolate production
process.
This datalogger has a new and separately developed software allowing, in addition to real-time data
visualisation, seamless integration of the LogTEC and the gathered data into your PLC system through
the Wi-Fi network. The WM1 can store up to 1 milion recorded values in its memory.
